One of the best things for me about backpacking is living on a diet of local cuisine. Unless your veggie and traveling in Venezuela where your diet for three weeks is cheese and deep fried bread.

I would have to say one of the better experiences from New Delhi was the chutneys. I tried to bring some back but sadly was told no!!!

Jesus, Ross. I am a sucker for Asian food, most of all Indian. I can’t wait to try the NZ dishes either!
